RFID System

The only real-time Access Control System on the market. The operator must scan his RFID card to access the cabinet. The operator can only open the doors assigned to his card, and all other doors remain locked. Information about the time, duration and the operator’s name is collected and can be displayed.

The RFID SW is an adaptation of our DryCabinet SW (on-line graphical display of temperature and humidity inside the cabinet + door opening count) for cabinets equipped with electromagnetic locks and an RFID reader.

MP dry cabinet SOFTWARE

Shows the relative humidity and temperature in a chosen cabinet using a time graph. Also shows the number of door openings for each day and the average temperature and RH values. There is a tool for printing or exporting statistics for a chosen time period. Real-time connection of the cabinet via Ethernet or data transfer via USB.

MP Dry Trace SOFTWARE

For storage management of carriers and PCBs inside the dry cabinet. The user is informed about the contents of each cabinet and where the materials are in a specific cabinet using names and colour codes for each shelf and shelving compartment. It also displays the expiry time for each component and how long it will take to dry out completely under the current conditions.

MP DRY Trace Library Import Software

A simple utility to import the customer’s component library in .csv format into the DryTrace SW library.

This option enables emails with pre-warnings and warnings regarding expired materials to be sent out.
